Real projects. Real impact
Every brand has a story but not every story gets told well.
Here’s how we’ve helped by turning design into measurable results.
Social Media

From intermittent to consistent
Social Media : Regular Scheduled Posts Boost Engagement
Goal:
Transform an inconsistent social media presence into a steady, high-performing channel that drives engagement, visibility, and brand trust.
The Challenge
The client’s social media activity was sporadic bursts of content followed by long quiet periods. While their audience valued their services, inconsistent posting meant they were rarely top-of-mind, and performance metrics reflected it: low engagement, stagnant reach, and slow follower growth.
The Strategy
Maya built a 3-month content rhythm focused on:
- Strategic batching: Planning and creating content in advance to maintain consistency.
- Platform alignment: Tailoring post types and tone to what performs best on each channel.
- Engagement optimisation: Mixing educational, inspirational, entertaining, and promotional content to invite authentic interaction.
- Analytics feedback loop: Reviewing insights to refine and replicate what worked.
By combining structured scheduling with genuine storytelling, we shifted the brand from “posting when there’s time” to showing up with intention.
The Results (After 3 Months)
Compared to the previous 3-month period:
Posts increased:
376%
Engagement up:
947%
Impressions up:
316%
Followers up:
2%
, with LinkedIn growing
8%
Beyond the numbers, the brand gained visibility, credibility, and confidence in their content. Their audience now recognises them as a consistent, reliable presence in their space.
The Outcome
Consistency created momentum. Momentum built recognition. Recognition grew trust and that’s where conversion begins.
Key Takeaway
Small businesses don’t need to post daily. They just need to post strategically and consistently. With the right rhythm, results compound fast.

Marketing

The complete package
Marketing Support : 360° support for inaugural conference
The Goal
Create and deliver all marketing materials for Centacare’s first-ever family conference from concept to print within six months, ensuring full ticket sales to meet funding conditions.
The Challenge
Centacare had never hosted a conference before. They needed a complete marketing suite that would:
- Inspire confidence and encourage early registration
- Establish credibility for a first-time event
- Appeal to both professionals and community partners
- Clearly communicate the theme of family services
The Strategy
We began with the hero image: the visual cornerstone that would instantly communicate connection, care, and family services. This guided every creative decision that followed, ensuring consistency across all campaign touch points.
From there, we developed:
- A 4-page advertising brochure
showcasing the event theme, speakers, and call-to-action. - A 1-page flyer for community distribution and internal noticeboards.
- DL save-the-date cards to build anticipation.
- Branded name tags to carry visual cohesion through the event experience.
- As well as a series of social media templates, and a presentation slide deck.
The visual identity combined warm imagery, accessible typography, and balanced white space, positioning the conference as both professional and welcoming.
The Results
- All design assets delivered within a tight six-month window.
- The campaign successfully drove full ticket sales, meeting grant requirements.
- The event achieved strong attendance, positive feedback, and provided a model for future conferences.
Beyond design, Maya provided strategic direction helping the organisation not just promote an event, but build a recognisable presence within the sector.
The Outcome
A cohesive, multi-format campaign that turned a first-time event into a polished, professional success.
Key Takeaway
Good design isn’t decoration, it’s communication.

Design

The complete rebrand
The Redesign That Brought Maya to Life
The Goal
Create a cohesive, versatile, and meaningful brand identity for Maya Remote Solutions. One that truly reflects it’s values and vision.
The Challenge
Three years ago, when the idea for Maya first emerged, I wanted an elephant in the logo. It symbolised wisdom, memory, and strength. All qualities I wanted the business to embody.
But the brand never really got off the ground, and Maya sat dormant until early this year.
The Strategy
The rebrand began with clarity – defining what Maya stands for:
Content. Creativity. Consistency.
From there, every design decision was made intentionally:
- A refined, organic logo system that works across digital and print applications.
- A harmonised colour palette with a warm rich honey as it’s hero – representing warmth, balance, and grounded creativity.
- Typography that flows between professionalism and personality, with Avocado Sans for clarity and Luxury Elegance for brand flair.
- A mood board reflecting the brand’s tone – sustainable, confident, creative, and human.
The Results
The new identity feels aligned, adaptable, and alive. It’s professional enough for proposals and partnerships, yet creative enough to reflect Maya’s personality.
The brand now has:
- A versatile logo suite that scales effortlessly across formats.
- A cohesive visual system ready for both digital and print media.
- A colour and type system that’s flexible, brand-aligned, and fully usable across web, print, and CRM tools.
The Outcome
Maya’s brand evolution wasn’t just a design project – it was a reset. It transformed an idea that had been sitting still into a living, breathing business identity ready to grow.
Key Takeaway
Your brand should evolve as you do. When your visuals align with your values, everything else starts to click into place.

Good design looks great but great design works hard.
Each project starts with understanding the business, not just the brief.
That’s how we turn visuals into value.
